Shortland Street has been a fixture of New Zealand living rooms for more than three decades — it's where a lot of the country sees a version of itself every weeknight. Seeing our koko on a national television set, in the hands of a character living a Pacific life simply reflects something true to life for many Kiwi Pacific Islanders, koko is something you bring back, share, and enjoy.
