What is Koko Samoa?
Koko is the Samoan word for cacao and is the Pacific version of drinking chocolate. Aunty Tommy's koko is made from 100% roasted cacao beans ground into a paste. With a bold and rich flavor, our koko is 100% sugar, gluten, and dairy free.
Samoa are one of the few countries in the Pacific that recognise koko as a culturally significant food source. We not only grow premium cocoa, we also celebrate and consume large amounts.
Aunty Tommy's koko contains naturally occurring Theobromine which lowers blood pressure, as well as polyphenols, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.
