Koko Samoa Drinking Chocolate Pods 70g

1. Add 1 or 2 pods to a mug and enough boiling water so it just covers the pods.

2. Stir well to melt the koko into a paste and then add your favourite sweetener (sugar or honey).

3. Fill the rest of the mug with hot water while continuing to stir. Add milk (optional) and enjoy.

Our koko is untempered which helps it melt faster in your cup. As a result it can develop bloom.

Bloom is when the fat content separates from the koko and rises to the surface. Bloom can often look like a marbled, powdery streaky substance. This is normal in untempered chocolate and is still perfectly safe to consume.
