How to Make Aunty Tommy's Koko Samoa Pods
1. Add 1 or 2 pods to a mug and enough boiling water so it just covers the pods.
2. Stir well to melt the koko into a paste and then add your favourite sweetener (sugar or honey).
3. Fill the rest of the mug with hot water while continuing to stir. Add milk (optional) and enjoy. -

Our pods are untempered which help them melt faster. As a result they can develop bloom. Bloom often looks like a marbled, powdery or streaky substance. This is normal in untempered chocolate and is still perfectly safe to consume.
